I like this scope, but want to be able to put it on a monopod and not sure if I can do this. Is the screw hole on there be considered an average type that would fit on most any type of tripod or momopod?

  2. Rec’d as a Christmas gift. Tried using at home and there is a thin black line that appears in the field of view…seems something internal. NO sales receipt and it therefor seems I cannot avail myself of a warranty. Very disappointed in this. Wish the giver had spent their cash on some other item.
